Butternut Squash
1 large butternut squash
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cut and seed squash. Boil until tender. Scoop out pulp from skin. Mash and add butter, brown sugar, salt and pepper and beat until smooth.
(can be peeled before boiling)
