
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans kidney beans
2 medium onions, chopped
1 green pepper chopped
4 stalks celery chopped(optional)
2 cloves garlic or 1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chili powder
1tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
salt to taste
Put in slow cooker and cook on high 5 to 6 hours, or low 10 to 12 hours.
(Or in a roast pan and cook in oven at 225F for 10 - 12 hrs.)
