
398 ml pure Pumpkin (1/2 a can)
1c. packed brown sugar
1tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ginger
¼ tsp salt
¾ c. can milk
1 unbaked pie shell
Beat eggs lightly, add pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt. Mix until well combined. Blend in milk. Pour filling in pie shell. Bake at 425 for 15min then 350 for 30-35min until you can stab it with a knife and it comes out clean.
