2 Hour Dinner Rolls

2 pkg yeast
2tsp sugar
½ c. warm water
Let rise for ~ 10min.
2c. boiling water
3tbsp sugar
½ c. oil
2 eggs
2tsp salt
7c. flour

In large bowl mix yeast mixture, eggs, sugar, water oil, salt and flour. Beat well to make a soft dough. Let rise 15min. Punch down every 15min for 1 hr. Put in pan, rise 1 hr and bake @ 400 for 25 min.
