Scallop Potatoes

4 c. potato slices (4 or 5)
combine 2 tbsp flour, 1 ½ tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper.
½ c chopped onions
2 tbsp butter
1 ½ c. hot milk

Layer of potato, layer of onion, ½ flour mixture, dot with butter, do again then pour hot milk over top and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake covered at 375 for 45 minutes then uncover and bake for 15min.
