Macaroni Salad

1 cup uncooked macaroni
1 cup chopped cucumber (optional)
2/3 c. mayo
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp garlic
salt
pepper
2 tbsp relish
Generous amount of parmessan cheese

Cook noodles. Mix all other ingredients then add cooked macaroni. Sprinkle with paprika. Chill for a few hours.
